Our Experts by Experience help ensure the opinions of service users are heard and considered across the organisation and that feedback is actioned upon to improve our services. In the summer, the NHS Confederation visited two of our services – Cygnet Alders Clinic and Cygnet Hospital Taunton, to meet two former service users who have gone on to become Experts by Experience.
Cygnet Chefs explore world cuisines at Chef Development Day
We recently held our second Chef Development Day at our food supplier Brakes in Reading. A total of 21 Cygnet chefs from across our health care and social care services took part on a day themed around ‘Cuisines of the World’.
Cygnet Brunel manager completes epic mountain challenge to scatter her dads ashes
Stephanie Coxon has completed an epic challenge in memory of her dad who died of lung cancer and scattered his ashes on the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales whilst completing the National Three Peaks Challenge.
