These reports provide an annual overview of Cygnet Health Care’s performance against the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES). There is an Inclusion Action Plan to June 2024 which will accompany these reports for how Cygnet will progress this work over the period.
