On Wednesday 5th June guests, including friends, families, local community teams and special guest the Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent, joined staff and service users in celebrating Cygnet St Augustine’s 10th Birthday.
We are delighted to announce that, following a CQC inspection on 20th March 2019, Cygnet Cedars have been awarded Outstanding in all five Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) – Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
We are shocked and deeply saddened by the allegations made against members of staff at Whorlton Hall, part of the Danshell Group, which Cygnet recently acquired.
Cygnet Health Care are proud of their positive history of working alongside our commissioners to implement CQUIN schemes. To help achieve compliance, the last year has seen some exciting initiatives at Cygnet.
