Cygnet Sherwood Lodge’s recent ‘Outstanding’ award by the Care Quality Commission means that six of Cygnet’s learning disability and autism services are currently rated as overall ‘Outstanding’.
We are delighted to announce that, following an inspection on 22-23 November 2018, Cygnet Manor has been rated Good in four areas and Outstanding in the ‘Caring’ category by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
It is vitally important that we understand how to best communicate with all of the people in our care and do so in a way appropriate to each individual. The team and men at Cygnet Manor have been busy ensuring their Total Communication Environment is accessible to all service users.
