We are pleased to announce that from the end of this year Cygnet Lodge Brighouse will become an all-male service. This move is in response to a clear need for male mental health rehabilitation beds, as seen by the number of referrals to the service over the past twelve months.
Staff from Cygnet Hospital Wyke and Cygnet Lodge Brighouse have contributed a total of 302 eggs (including bunnies!) to the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Bradford Easter Egg Appeal.
We are delighted to announce that Cygnet Lodge Brighouse has achieved AIMS reaccreditation from the Royal College of Psychiatrists. The Lodge, a mental health rehabilitation service for men and women, passed at level 2 ‘excellence ‘ with an overall score of 97%.
Cygnet Lodge Brighouse have opened a new step down flatlet within the unit, which aims to develop the care pathway for service users who are moving towards their own supported flat within the community.
