Today is Young Carers Action Day and the young people at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield have launched a leaflet they have designed and produced, aimed at raising awareness of what a Young Carer is, and how they can get support.
Well done to Ciro Theaker who has completed a gruelling 55km run between Sheffield and Leeds to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital after it cared for his daughter who was born 15 weeks premature.

Four Cygnet Health Care services which provide support to those with mental health needs have been recognised by the Carers Trust Triangle of Care programme, making them the first independent providers of health and social care services to be accredited.
The European Day of Languages takes place on the 26th of September every year. This year Cygnet Hospital Sheffield's Phoenix School decided to celebrate some of the culture and languages of the different countries that make up Europe.
