Judges highlighted our “robust” internal culture which inspired positive engagement between our staff and our purpose and values. They pinpointed our annual Staff Achievement Awards as a strong example of how to foster a positive culture and also emphasised how the team supports our six employee networks which “contributes to a diverse culture and effects change in the company’s policies and processes”.
Judges added: “The team delivers communications around key events and milestones throughout the year, maintaining consistent messaging and sentiment to ensure the internal audience is aligned with Cygnet’s values.”
They also praised the “dedication to celebrating diversity, supporting staff development and fostering a culture of belonging.”
