The Frontline Leaders Award recognises supervisors, senior care workers, team leaders, or first-time managers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in improving care delivery within their teams. It honours individuals who motivate and inspire colleagues, implement effective solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Speaking about the nomination, Dave said: “I am happy to have been shortlisted for this award. It goes to show that the work that is done behind the scenes are noticed. If I win, this will be dedicated to my team who has made me what I am today.
“Every day they leave a little of themselves at work, trying to make the change, help someone get back on their feet. I can’t thank Cygnet Social Care enough for giving me the platform in the first place and placing the responsibility of management in my care.”
