Cygnet Adarna House, our new rehabilitation service in Bradford for men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, is due to open in early 2022. The service will support up to nine men in a homely, open and community facing environment for individuals who are preparing for community life, but need further support to move to more independent living.
A new acute mental health service for men has opened at Cygnet Lodge Woking in Surrey. George Willard Ward is a new 11-bed male mental health acute service and is named in memory of two local health care workers.
Oaklands, our specialist residential service with nursing in Hexham, Northumberland, have today opened the first of their four new single occupancy flats. These new self-contained living areas provide the opportunity for individuals with more challenging needs to live in their own space with staff support.
On Wednesday 16th September we held our grand opening event at Cygnet Nield House, our new 30-bed mental health hospital for women in Crewe. The hospital was officially opened in a ribbon cutting ceremony by Cllr Benn Minshall, the Mayor of Crewe.
