What we do
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a person-centred, evidence-based approach to supporting people who may display behaviours that challenge. At its core, PBS is about understanding why a behaviour is happening. Our dedicated PBS team comprises of a national lead, a regional lead, and regional practitioners.
It is well-established that individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs experience significantly poorer physical health outcomes compared to the general population. Cygnet Social Care are committed to prioritising and promoting good physical health for those we support in social care.
