Staff at Cygnet’s Sheffield Day Services have been awarded the ‘Individual and Supporter Organisation Award’ in the Yorkshire Air Ambulance’s Recognition Awards for their efforts in raising money for the charity.
In the latest episode of Music 2 Empower we meet Emily, a young person who discovered how playing music helped to express and calm her emotions.
Sophie is currently a service user at Cygnet Hospital Beckton, a service that provides support for women with personality disorders and other mental health needs. She has been writing since her first admission to hospital at the age of 18 and told us about her recently published book titled ‘I Hope this helps’.
After much deliberation, we are delighted to announce the winners of the 2022 Great Cygnet Christmas Cake Off!
Well done to the service users and staff at Cygnet Aspen Clinic who have arranged and collected for three local charities in the South Yorkshire area.
