On Friday 12 July approximately 130 residents and more than 150 Cygnet staff came together at Saffron Lane Athletics Stadium in Leicester for the very first Cygnet Social Care Sensory Summer Festival.
Cygnet’s annual staff survey has revealed that 88% of staff enjoy working for the company with colleagues highlighting team spirit, career opportunities and a positive work culture as reasons for their high level of job satisfaction.
IMPACT, the NHS-led Provider Collaborative in the East Midlands for low and medium adult secure mental health services, has published several achievements it has secured over the last 12 months, of which Cygnet is proud to have played its part.
The annual Yorkshire & Humber Network event is always a highly anticipated day, with service users and staff working together throughout the year to plan and prepare.
