Cygnet Hospital Bury's Excel and Exceed School have recently achieved the Rainbow Flag Award. The Rainbow Flag award is a quality assurance framework that encourages a whole school approach to LGBTQ inclusion and supports schools in developing strategies to challenge and combat LGBTQ phobic bullying.
Congratulations to Elizabeth Ughu, Service Manager of Cygnet Bostall House, who has been shortlisted as a finalist in the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards 2021. Elizabeth has been nominated in the Senior Manager Award category for her “exemplary work and dedication”.
We are very proud to announce that after being selected as a finalist for this year’s National Service User Awards, that Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge were awarded the prestigious ‘Mark Britton Service User Choice Award’.
Well done to Suzie and the team at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage who have seen the hospital’s rating upgraded to ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following their latest inspection.
The inaugural Cygnet Annual Psychiatrists Conference and National Awards Ceremony was hosted virtually on 15th September 2021. The event celebrated all our amazing Cygnet Doctors and Mental Health teams and it was a resounding success!
