Cygnet Bury Forestwood has become the latest Cygnet Health Care service to have a space transformed into a homely ‘social hub’ as part of a unique collaboration between service users, experts by experience and staff.
Service users and staff at Cygnet Lodge Kenton have been working hand-in-hand to make environmental changes at the service. Recent changes include new furnitures, artwork and a renovated garden space.
Congratulations to Vicki, a service user from Cygnet Elms, who attended the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards (WAGS) on Thursday 28th November as a highly commended finalist in the Inspirational Volunteer category.
To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities, on Tuesday 3rd December, Cygnet’s disABILITY Network hosted an in-person event for network members and allies at Millbank.
