On Tuesday 13th October we held our first ever Cygnet Nursing Awards. The event was held virtually and was hosted by Cygnet’s Director of Nursing, David Wilmott. There were 8 awards categories with colleagues nominated by staff members, and service users from across Cygnet.

We are delighted to announce that we are holding our first ever Nursing Awards, on Tuesday 13th October 2020. The awards, which will be held ‘virtually’, feature eight categories with the finalists nominated by their peers across the Cygnet group.
The CAMHS team at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield have been working hard over the last 12 months to look at ways to strengthen co-production with the young people and their families. As a result they have received numerous compliments from parents and service users.
Following the success of the previous Steps Competition at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield, the Fitness Team decided it would be fitting to bring this fun physical and mental health promotion back as a team event.
