Cygnet are proud to announce our sponsorship of the Gloucester Hartpury Women’s Rugby Club. The team were founded in 2014 and since 2017 they have played in Premiership Women's Rugby. In 2023 they became the first team based outside of London to win the Premier 15s.
Our Experts by Experience help ensure the opinions of service users are heard and considered across the organisation and that feedback is actioned upon to improve our services. In the summer, the NHS Confederation visited two of our services – Cygnet Alders Clinic and Cygnet Hospital Taunton, to meet two former service users who have gone on to become Experts by Experience.
Natasha, a former service user from Gloucester, has returned to Cygnet Alders Clinic, the hospital which oversaw her treatment, in order to help other women struggling with their mental health.
Well done to the team at Cygnet Alders Clinic who have seen the service’s rating upgraded to ‘Good’ following the latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
In September we asked our service users and residents from around the country to get into the festive spirit and enter the 2020 Cygnet Christmas Card Competition. We received over 100 fantastic entries and we are now pleased to announce the three winners.
