The list is based on the findings of an independent survey of 20,000 UK employees in which participants were asked to provide feedback on their current work experience, including salary, work conditions, development opportunities and the reputation of their employer.
The research considered companies across all industries with more than 250 employers.
Cygnet has landed in the top 200 employers, ahead of many other health and social care providers.
Our expert and highly dedicated care team of almost 13,000 employees support more than 8,300 individuals each year across 150 services to consistently make a positive difference to their lives.
Jenny Gibson, HR Director, said: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised by the Financial Times as one of the Top 500 Employers. This acknowledgement reflects the dedication, compassion, and commitment of every individual across Cygnet.
“At the heart of our mission is embedding a culture that values our people, enables them to deliver safe, compassionate, quality care and fosters an inclusive, fulfilling and rewarding workplace. This achievement is a testament to our ongoing efforts to make Cygnet not only the leading independent provider of health and social care, but also a truly great place to work.
“Our teams work in some of the most challenging and rewarding environments, often going above and beyond to provide life-changing care. We believe that when we take care of our people, they are best able to support others. To see that commitment reflected in this recognition is really pleasing and show that we are building a workplace people are proud to be part of.”
