Mariam Javed - Service Manager

Mariam began her career in 2016 as a support worker at Kirkside. She has worked in various social care sites in different roles such as team leader, administrator and deputy manager. Mariam returned to Kirkside in 2019 before being appointed Service Manager of Thornfield House in 2023.

Shaunna Priestley - Deputy Manager

Shaunna started her journey with Cygnet in 2017 at Outwood as a dedicated support worker, committed to enriching the lives of each resident under her care. Her passion for enhancing their quality of life propelled her forward, leading to her promotion as an acting team leader. Supported by her colleagues, Shaunna continues to navigate through roles, driven by her unwavering dedication to fostering a positive impact within the community she serves. In September 2023, she became Deputy Manager of Thornfield House.
