Meet the Team
Anne-Marie Williams – Registered Manager
Anne-Marie has been the Registered Manager at The Fields since November 2013. She started her career in Social Work Department in Glasgow and moving to live in Sheffield in 1992 - then working for Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Authorities.
Anne-Marie is a qualified Social Worker and last position was with Sheffield City Council, Community Learning Disability Team. In this role she worked closely with the Fields and when the role of Manager was advertised she was encouraged by an employee to apply for the post. This has proven to Anne-Marie to have been an excellent career move for her as she very much enjoys her role.
Emma Lane - Head of Care
Emma started working in the NHS in 2000. She worked 18 years in the NHS starting as a catering assistant, then a support worker before being offered the opportunity to be seconded to complete nurse training in 2005. Emma completed her learning disability nurse training in 2008 and worked for health and social care then went onto work for Sheffield Children’s hospital in CAMHS.
In 2018 Emma came to work for Cygnet as Head of Care at The Fields and hasnever looked back. Emma loves her job and working with the residents and the staff team.
Lorraine Bostock – Deputy Manager
Lorraine has over 20 years of experience within the company, initially working with individuals with mental health difficulties as a team leader, in 2010 a position for Deputy Manager became available at The Fields working with individuals with learning disabilities although this was a new challenge this was embraced fully and Lorraine has been in post ever since.
