Meet the Team

Tony Dalton - Service Manager

Tony originally joined Shear Meadow in 2021 as Deputy Manager. He has over 10 year’s experience working in autism, learning disability, mental health, epilepsy, forensic care, communication difficulties and complex sensory processing needs services. Tony has a keen interest in psychology and supporting and developing people, both who we support and team members to achieve their best.

Tony is the Safeguarding and reducing restrictive practice lead for the service. He is passionate about creating a safe and homely environment and positive risk taking, empowering people to actively participate in their care to enable them to live their best life’s.

Tony became the Service Manager in December 2022 and is in the process of completing his first CQC registration.

Pat Moore - Deputy Manager

Pat joined the service in February 2023 as Deputy Manager. Pat has 8 years’ experience working in supported living services for people with Learning Disabilities.

Pat is passionate about improving the lives of people who have autism and/or a learning disability through the use of a Positive Behaviour Support approach.

Tom Hunt - Team Leader

Tom joined Shear Meadow in October 2022, he previously worked for a charity as a team co-ordinator, building homes for homeless people living in poverty in a developing country.

Tom is highly compassionate and finds great pleasure in his role and he enjoys working with the service users, making a difference in their lives and seeing them be themselves. Tom hopes to continue creating an environment where service users are supported to achieve their potential using a person-centred approach, considering each individual’s needs.
