Taylor has 8 years of experience in the social care sector. Since initially joining Cygnet as a Support Worker, she has continuously advanced through various roles, progressing to Team Leader and earning the prestigious Gold Award within Cygnet. Now serving as Deputy Manager at Langdale House and Langdale Coach House, Taylor is known for her strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families. Her focus remains steadfast: making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of those she supports.
