Daniel Bingley - Registered Manager

Daniel has worked in social care for 13 years giving him a wealth of experience. He has been a registered managers across various homes within Cygnet and worked alongside external professionals and services to gain the best outcomes for the individuals in our care. Daniel is currently dual registered manager over Langdale House and Oxley Woodhouse in Huddersfield which has him overseeing 25 individuals - striving to gain to the best outcomes.

Niall Hale - Unit Manager

Niall has worked at Oxley Woodhouse for over 7 years within a number of different roles and has for the last 4 years worked as part of the management team. Niall has a key understanding of the residents needs within the service and works closely with service users, families and stakeholders to ensure person centred quality of care is delivered throughout. As part of his role Niall also acts as the reducing restrictive practice champion for the service .
