Meet the Team

Tish Taylor - Service Manager

Tish's career journey began in health and social care while pursuing rugby until an accident ended her sports aspirations. She studied sports management, earned a master's degree in Sports Leadership, whilst working in healthcare.

Tish's passion for supporting others led her to become a mental health nurse in female forensics services. She later joined Cygnet Appletree, rising to Head of Care, and then moved to Hope House as Deputy Manager, focusing on service improvement and team dynamics. Her journey continued as an interim Deputy Manager at Hollyhurst, eventually becoming the Service Manager. Tish is dedicated to personalised care, team development, and improving services for individuals.

Lynne Mosher - Occupational Therapist

Lynne has many years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist having qualified in 2000. Since that time she has worked in many different settings including private and NHS work.

Jen qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2006 and has supported people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs since then. She is motivated to ensure that Hollyhurst supports every resident to understand information and express themselves, whether that is choosing a meal or talking about their experience of living at Hollyhurst.

Jen values being at Hollyhurst throughout the week alongside residents and other members of the team. Jen particularly enjoys exploring ways of involving residents in their own care and support, as well as seeing residents make progress in those areas that are most important to them.
