Meet the Team

Suman Dewan - Registered Manager

Suman started as Health Care worker with Care Aspiration and has many year’s experience working in autism, learning disability, mental health, epilepsy and communication difficulties.

He is passionate about creating a safe and homely environment and positive risk taking, empowering people to actively participate in their care to enable them to live their best life’s. Suman is also the Communication, Achieve (online training system) and COVID-19 Champion. Suman joined Fairways in 2017 as Deputy manager and became the Registered Manager in 2021. Suman is the Safeguarding and reducing restrictive practice lead for the service.

Nazeera Koya - Deputy Manager

Nazeera started working at Eleni House as agency support worker from Oct 2021. Nazeera joined Fairways as a Support Worker in Sep 2022 and became the Deputy Manager in Sep 2023. Nazeera is also our Oral Champion.

Nazeera is passionate about her work and ensures our people are looked after by creating an environment where service users are supported to achieve their potential using a person-centred approach, considering each individual’s needs. She will assist in the smooth running and has proved that she belongs in this role. Nazeera has already completed her Care Certificate and also plans to complete Level 5 – Leaders in Care.

Isaac Omole - Team Leader

Isaac joined Fairways in September 2006 as Team Leader. Isaac is the longest serving member of staff at Fairways. He is highly compassionate and finds great pleasure in his role and he enjoys working with the service users, making a difference in their lives and seeing them be themselves.

Isaac hopes to continue to create a person-centred environment, where residents are supported to achieve their full potential by providing choice, dignity and respect across all aspects of their care. Isaac is our Multicultural Network ambassador and takes pride to represent the minorities.

Pekarua Cally Tjiraso - Team Leader

Cally joined Fairways in Oct 2015 as support worker and became Team Leader in April 2020. She is passionate in ensuring all individuals go on to reach their full potential and live a fulfilled and meaningful life. Cally will encourage the residents to develop their skills with and end goal to build solid foundations to live independently.

Cally has completed Care Certificate and NVQ Level 2. She is also our Value and Reducing Restrictive Champion.
