Each service user has a treatment plan and therapeutic timetable that is person-centred and flexible. We’re guided by the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Enabling Environments standards alongside our coproduced model of care. Therapies and activities are delivered on an individual and group basis and include:

  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
  • Schema Focused Therapy (SFT)
  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Social & daily living skills development
  • Education and vocational developments

The model of care promotes a collaborative approach, incorporating psychiatry, psychology, occupational therapy, social therapy, physical healthcare and more. We work closely with the service user, families and carers and external teams.

We aim to support individuals to progress through their identified care pathway, into the least restrictive environment possible, while working to reduce the possibility of readmission back into secure care.
