Keeping on top of finances, looking after the family, maintaining healthy relationships. And when you are also working, combining the demands of your work and personal life can be a real challenge.”Jane Price, Human Resources Director

The service offers around the clock, free, confidential assistance on a range of topics including legal matters, debt and money management, consumer issues, relationship problems, child care/elder care as well as providing practical advice on health and wellbeing. In addition short-term counselling is offered over the telephone with face to face sessions included where required.
