Cindy Grant - Home Manager

Cindy started her career with Cygnet in 2010 as a support worker at Devon Lodge. She then progressed through the ranks and gained many qualifications on the way before being given the opportunity to become the manager of Squirrels in Sept 2014. Cindy obtained her registration in 2015 and is happy to say she is still managing the home with her awesome team.

Katherine Gargett - Occupational Therapist

Katherine joined Devon Lodge in February 2020 and expanded her role to cover The Squirrels. She has 22 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist working across Health and Social Care. Katherine is the Service lead OT for the Autism services across the South region and is passionate about empowering the individuals within our care to maximise quality of life and independence.
