Meet the Team

Tim Glasspool – Home Manager

Tim joined Cygnet in August 2024 as the manager of The Squirrels.

Prior to taking this role, Tim spent over twenty years as a registered mental health nurse, working in Salisbury before accepting a role with the Department of Health and Social Care as a Healthcare Planning Consultant.

More recently, Tim has forged a career in Social Care and having started as a support worker in a small supported living home for adults with a learning disability, has risen through the ranks and this is his third Registered Manager post.

Tim likes to place the people his team supports at the centre of their care so that they have the best lives possible.

Charlotte Owen - Deputy Manager

Charlotte joined Cygnet in January 2025 as the deputy manager of The Squirrels.

Prior to taking this role, Charlotte spent 7 years working in supported living services with adults who had a diagnosis of autism and mental health conditions. In this time Charlotte worked her way from Support Worker to Support Manager. Charlotte has also completed a BSc in Psychology and worked in behaviour support before continuing her career in Social Care.

Charlotte enjoys working with her team to ensure those living at The Squirrels have the best possible care.

Katherine Gargett - Occupational Therapist

Katherine joined Devon Lodge in February 2020 and expanded her role to cover The Squirrels. She has 22 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist working across Health and Social Care. Katherine is the Service lead OT for the Autism services across the South region and is passionate about empowering the individuals within our care to maximise quality of life and independence.
