Meet the Team

Simon Coles - Registered Manager

Simon is the Registered Manager at Nightingale, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Since joining Nightingale in September 2024, Simon has led with compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

His journey in social care began in 2005 as a support worker, where he developed a strong foundation in frontline support and a genuine passion for empowering others. Over the years, Simon has progressed through various roles, gaining valuable insight into the challenges and rewards of care provision. His leadership style is rooted in empathy, respect, and a belief in the potential of every individual.

Kerry Morrell-Tourle - Deputy Manager

Kerry is the Deputy Home Manager at Nightingale. She has been proud to support our residents since the very first day Nightingale opened its doors.

With a strong foundation in person-centred care and a deep commitment to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, Kerry brings both experience and compassion to her role. Over the years, she has helped shape a supportive, safe, and enriching environment where every resident is valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.

Georgia Grou - Activity Co-Ordinator

Georgia is a dedicated Activity Coordinator in a residential care setting, specialising in creating inclusive, engaging, and meaningful experiences for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

With a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of person-centred care, Georgia designs and delivers tailored activity programmes that promote independence, well-being, and social connection.

Georgia thrives on building trust, encouraging participation, and celebrating each resident’s unique strengths and interests. Georgia’s goal is to enrich daily life through creativity, empathy, and meaningful activities for every resident within Nightingale.
