Paulina Brentfuher - Team Leader

Paulina has worked for Cygnet since 2018 at Hansa Lodge as a team leader. She also has experience in children and adult mental health. Paulina has attended lots of training courses and enjoys the opportunity to learn new skills.

Paulina finds great pleasure in working at Hansa Lodge, she feels they are a family as she has developed great working relationships. Paulina enjoys working with the residents and making a difference in their lives.

Joy Nwabueze-Agu - Team Leader

Joy started as a support worker at Hansa lodge in 2018, her commitment and passion for this job always makes her available to support and seek development when opportunities arise. Joy was appointed as team leader in 2019 and has since been attending training courses to gain more knowledge and experience. Joy feels it has been a continuous pleasure to be part of a great organisation.
