Throughout the many years that Cygnet Churchill has been open, we have achieved excellent outcomes for service users, and we are committed to constantly improving their experience and clinical outcomes further.

All of our bespoke care packages consider all aspects of a person’s wellbeing, including their social, emotional, educational and cultural needs. This often involves engagement in activities tailored to their interests and maintaining family involvement where appropriate.

Our service user profile:

• Adults aged 18+
• May be detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) or informal
• May have diagnoses including a mental illness, learning disability, autism or personality disorder
• May have complex needs, including:
  • Self-harm
  • Sensory needs
  • Struggles with emotional regulation
  • Social difficulties
  • Behaviours of distress
  • May have a history of repeated acute admissions
