Katie Roberts - Service Manager

Katie has worked at Bryn Y Wawr since 2008. She started as a support worker senior and then became the registered manager in 2012. Katie graduated with a QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) Level 5 in 2014.

Katie is caring and empowers both residents and staff. Katie thrives on improving the lives of the ladies at Bryn Y Wawr ensuring they live their best lives. Katie has an outstanding reputation within the local community to better integrate her service into the local community. She has strong leadership skills and operational management.
