Lisa Locking - Registered Manager

Prior to joining Cygnet, Lisa had worked in the NHS for 24 years with experience in clinical and managerial positions in forensic mental health services. Lisa’s focus is on compassionate leadership and robust governance and has a passion for strengthening others to achieve their full potential. During her career Lisa has completed CBT and family awareness training courses and has also co-produced carer awareness training for staff. Risk management, safeguarding and patient safety are particular areas of expertise as well as focusing on the health and wellbeing of staff to create positive cultures. In her spare time Lisa loves cooking, walking and is an exceptional scrabble player.

Jeffrey Sims - House Manager

Jeff joined the company in 2014 having worked in various community services such as Asylum support services for the Home Office where he managed a team with the responsibility for the dispersal of refugees into the East Midlands, housing families and supporting them to integrate into the community.

Jeff is focused on encouraging independence and to providing the best quality of life possible for each individual in our care.

Beth Bailey - Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Beth joined the company in 2006 as a newly qualified nurse. She has worked as a senior nurse and HOC within our specialist high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services for men before joining the Sycamores in August 2019 as the Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Beth is also the Advanced Nurse Practitioner for two other community services within the East Midlands, Adele Cottages and Malborn and Teroan.

Beth believes that one of the nicest parts of her job role is that she has been able to care for service users within a hospital environment and also be part of their journey moving back into the community.
