We are inviting our neurological care and commissioning colleagues to join us at The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield to find out more about the service and meet the team.
The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Rehabilitation and Complex Care service supporting adults with acquired brain injuries (ABI), spinal cord injuries (SCI) and complex neurological conditions.
