On Monday 13th March we celebrated the launch of Cygnet's Multicultural Network Strategy 2023-25. The launch event was held at Cygnet Raglan House in Birmingham and was led by our Multicultural Network Chair, Rosalyn Mloyi with contributions and insight from members across the network.

The overall aim of the day being to expand, develop and grow the Awards by listening to the individuals at the heart of them.
