On 6th January the team at Cygnet Brunel held a menu tasting afternoon, where meal samples were prepared for tasting by staff, service users and family members to help decide on the forthcoming menu.

Cygnet Hospital Taunton’s newest ward has been renamed after the town’s football team - Peacocks Ward. The ward was officially opened with its new name by Taunton Town FC Club Chairman, Kevin Sturmey, in recognition of the club’s work in supporting and raising awareness of mental health issues.

In September we asked our service users and residents from across the country to get in the festive spirit and enter the 2019 Cygnet Christmas Card Competition. Following a judging day on Monday 18th November the winning entries have now been chosen.
