Niall Hale - Service Manager
Niall has worked at Oxley Woodhouse for over 7 years within a number of different roles and has for the last 4 years worked as part of the management team.
Niall has a key understanding of the residents needs within the service and works closely with service users, families and stakeholders to ensure person centred quality of care is delivered throughout. As part of his role Niall also acts as the reducing restrictive practice champion for the service.
Ziad Sadaqat - Deputy Manager
Ziad has been working in the social care sector for 7 years. Over his time with Cygnet, he has gained knowledge and experience through taking on various role and progressing within the service.
Ziad joined Cygnet as a support worker, progressed to team leader and has been a deputy manager since 2019.
