Adam has a number of years’ experience leading team that support individuals with mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. He was in post as Deputy Manager at Woodrow House before taking on the manager role at Lowry House.
Adam has worked across a number of services throughout the company and is a graduate of the Gold Development Award.

On Friday, 11th July, the second annual Cygnet Social Care Sensory Summer Festival took place. This year's festival welcomed approximately 380 people for a fun day together.
On Friday 12 July approximately 130 residents and more than 150 Cygnet staff came together at Saffron Lane Athletics Stadium in Leicester for the very first Cygnet Social Care Sensory Summer Festival.

On Monday 25th March, the residents and staff at Lowry House celebrated Holi.
