Tish Taylor - Service Manager
Tish's career journey began in health and social care while pursuing rugby until an accident ended her sports aspirations. She studied sports management, earned a master's degree in Sports Leadership, whilst working in healthcare.
Tish's passion for supporting others led her to become a mental health nurse in female forensics services. She later joined Cygnet Appletree, rising to Head of Care, and then moved to Hope House as Deputy Manager, focusing on service improvement and team dynamics. Her journey continued as an interim Deputy Manager at Hollyhurst, eventually becoming the Service Manager. Tish is dedicated to personalised care, team development, and improving services for individuals.

Dr Tony Perini – Consultant Neuropsychiatrist
After qualifying from Newcastle University, Tony worked in general medicine before training in psychiatry in Edinburgh and Fife, followed by Research Fellowships and Honorary Lecturerships at the Medical Research Council Brain Metabolism Unit and Edinburgh University.
Tony has been a consultant since 1990, working in learning disability in NHS high secure forensic services, mainstream learning disability inpatient and community psychiatric services with a special interest in Epilepsy and has held additional management posts as an NHS Clinical Director at Rampton High Secure Hospital and eight years a NHS Trust Executive Medical Director for a specialist learning disability and Neurorehabilitation/Neuropsychiatry Trust in the North East. He has worked in the independent sector since 2005 in hospital and residential services and inpatient neuropsychiatry services.
Tony has been a member of the British Neuropsychiatry Association since 1995 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He has acted for the CQC as a Second Opinion Appointed Doctor (SOAD) since 1998.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys time with the family, photography, cycling, walking, playing music and, since lockdown, mending vintage typewriters.

Lorna Wale - Senior Staff Nurse
For the past 11 years Lorna has been part of the Cygnet team holding various positions and is currently the Senior Staff Nurse at Hollyhurst.
Lorna enjoys being able to work with and support residents through difficult times, helping them to achieve their goals. She is passionate about promoting independence, allowing all residents to have fair access to services.

David Bishop - Staff Nurse
David has been a staff nurse at Hollyhurst for more than 13 years.
David enjoys helping those who reside at Hollyhurst to enhance their quality of life by encouraging them to maximise their abilities, and address any obstacles that may be present.

Connor Giddings - Senior Support Worker
Connor joined the team at Hollyhurst in 2015 as an Healthcare Assistant and is currently a Senior Support Worker.
Connor says: " What I love about my job most is the difference we make to someone’s life just by helping with little things and the impact that it can have on someone and how it makes people feel important, cared for and independent. The sense of achievement it brings not only to myself but to the individuals we take care of."

Jessica Donnelly - Senior Support Worker
Jessica joined Hollyhurst in 2020 as a support worker before progressing to her current role of Senior Support Worker.
Jessica is passionate about promoting independence for all individuals in our care and being in a role that she feels makes a difference in someone’s life..
