Meet the Team

Tanya Walker - Registered Manager
Tanya started with the company in 2013 as a support working supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviours. Tanya then progressed to a senior support worker, Deputy Manager and she has now been a registered manager since 2020. Tanya is very passionate about her job and ensuring the individuals we care for are having the best quality of life with our help and support.

Ella Selby – Deputy Manager
Ella has worked for Cygnet since 2009 and has been the Deputy Manager at Elston House since 2011, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. Prior to this, Ella worked with children and young people in various settings.
Ella is passionate about improving the lives of the individuals we care for and enabling individuals to lead the best quality of life.
Ella is also a Freedom to Speak Up Ambassador, promoting a positive culture and encouraging all to speak up in order to further enhance the lives of the individuals who live in the service.

Jessica Gray - Activity Coordinator
Jessica started working at Cygnet in 2023 as a Support Worker, supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Shortly after, she became the Activity Coordinator.
Jessica is passionate about ensuring the residents are supported to do the things that they enjoy and what makes them happy, while enabling them to have the best quality of life.
She is also a Freedom to Speak Up Ambassador and Elston House's Staff Relations Group (SRG) Lead, promoting a positive culture that encourages everyone to speak up and create a positive environment for all that are in our care.
