Peter began his career in care at The Squirrels in 2009 as a support worker. He then became a team leader before becoming deputy manager. Later he would transfer to Devon Lodge to be deputy manager before finally becoming the registered manager in 2022. Peter has achieved a Level 5 apprenticeship in leadership and management.
