At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B1365 for 0.4 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on B1365. Turn right onto Hemlington Village Rd, Cygnet Newham House will be on the right.
From the A1(M) Boroughbridge, Northbound, continue for 33.5 miles. Use the left 2 lanes to take the A168 exit towards A19/Thirsk/Teesside for 1.3 miles. Continue onto A168 for 6.7 miles. Proceed onto A19 for 21.3 miles. Use the left lane to take the A174 slip road to Teesport/Thornaby/Redcar for 0.2 miles. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A174 for 1.8 miles. Take the B1365 exit towards Hemlington/Coulby Newham for 0.3 miles, then merge onto the A1032 for 0.1 miles. Continue onto B1365 for 0.3 miles.
