Svanna Ward – Specialist PICU Service for Women

Gender: Female

Age: 18+

Beds: 12

Svanna Ward at Cygnet Hospital Beckton is our new 12 bed PICU service for women. The service will accept emergency and crisis admissions from all areas including acute wards and forensic services. Our aim is a short, rapid intervention to help individuals to regain a sense of control and order in their lives, so they can move to a less restrictive care setting and, ultimately, return home. Svanna ward is now open and accepting referrals.
