Yoga sessions at Cygnet Hospital Colchester
The occupational therapy at Cygnet Hospital Colchester have been working closely with David Lloyd Colchester to help raise mental health awareness and to support service users. Recently some of the team from David Lloyd visited the hospital on a nice sunny day to hold a yoga and mindfulness session in the garden.
