South Asian Heritage Month at Cygnet Hospital Colchester
Staff and service users at Cygnet Hospital Colchester came together for a vibrant celebration of South Asian Heritage Month, recognising the diverse cultures, traditions and experiences that make up our community.
The day featured delicious South Asian cuisine, traditional dress, a fashion show, henna art, educational displays and plenty of dancing, creating an opportunity for everyone to learn, connect and celebrate together.
Hospital Manager Lynn McGhee said: “The celebration was a reminder that diversity is a strength, and that taking pride in our heritage contributes to a more inclusive, understanding, and connected community.”
