New Multi-Faith room at Cygnet Aspen House
Courtney Hartley (Occupational Therapist) and Emma Needham (OTA) (Occupational Therapy Assistant) at Cygnet Aspen House, have collaborated to create a welcoming multicultural safe space for the individuals in their care, as well as staff and visitors.
This calming environment has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the values upheld at Cygnet, promoting respect, inclusion and compassion.
Courtney said: “The new multi-faith room celebrates diversity and encourages people from all cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs to feel valued, supported, and accepted as one community. It provides an environment where individuals can come together to relax, reflect and experience a sense of belonging.
“Through comfort, understanding, and mutual respect, the room has been created to offer a peaceful and therapeutic space that can be enjoyed by everyone at Cygnet Aspen House.”
