Korren’s birthday trip to Blackpool
The day was a whirlwind of stars, laughs, and seaside magic. Korren, along with staff members Kathy-ann and Patricia headed straight to Madame Tussauds, where she truly took centre stage.
From having her own little fashion show to becoming the unofficial “fifth member” of The Beatles, Korren was in her element. She didn’t stop there – she shared a laugh with Madame Tussauds herself, puckered up for a hug with Brad Pitt, and even channelled her inner superhero by making faces with The Hulk.
The adventure continued as she won I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, helped ET find his way home, and took to the skies on the Ferris wheel for a bird’s-eye view of the coast.
But the day wasn’t just about the glitz and glamour. They enjoyed some exquisite food, took peaceful walks along the sandy beach, and felt like kids again playing games at the arcade. A little bit of shopping was the perfect cherry on top before they began the long journey home.
Looking back on the day, Kathy-ann said: “On the drive back from Blackpool to Birmingham, the energy never faded. Korren sang her heart out and was beaming with happiness the entire way. This 71-year-old shows no signs of slowing down. She reminds us all to embrace every moment and make every single adventure.”
