Halloween at Amberwood Lodge
The residents at Amberwood Lodge got into the spirit of Halloween by creating their own decorations and transforming the dining area with cobwebs, paper plate spiders, and glowing pumpkins.
New Chef Karina put together an exciting and spooky menu that truly captivated everyone’s imagination. The centrepiece included beautifully carved oranges and the standout dishes included “eyeball spaghetti,” spooky pizzas, which everyone enjoyed. For dessert, she created a selection of cupcakes topped with eerie edible decorations, adding a fun twist for Halloween.
To top off the evening, a kitchen disco was held, where everyone danced and celebrated together, creating a memorable night filled with laughter, creativity, and fun.
