Cygnet Sherwood Lodge walks The Roaches
Cygnet Sherwood Lodge have a weekend walking group which focuses on completing different routes in the Peak District. This weekend the group completed The Roaches and Lud’s Church.
Beth Taylor, Activity Coordinator said, “We are very fortunate that the Peak District is only 1-2 hours away depending on which walk is chosen. This route was 7.5 miles and some parts of the walk was challenging but everyone did incredibly well. The weather was fantastic and the views at the top were amazing. Parsnip the dog joined us on the walk which all the patients loved.”
