Cygnet Sherwood Lodge attend local event for VE Day
Cygnet Sherwood Lodge recently attended a local event as part of the celebrations for VE day to commemorate WWII.
The event was held at Thorsby Park and was called “The spirit of war time”. It featured various attractions including military camp recreations, displays of wartime vehicles and a vintage village.
This event generated a lot of interest from the patients and two separate trips were organised to facilitate everyone getting a chance to go.
