Cygnet Sherwood House Sports Day
On the 22nd August the team at Cygnet Sherwood House enjoyed a bit of a fun day with both patients and staff completing and competing in a sports day.
Kathryn Bradney, Occupational Therapist, said: “We had a picnic lunch before heading into a variety of different events. The events which we completed were an egg and spoon race, skipping rope challenges, football dribbling around cones, good old sprints and then finally a game of rounder’s which brought the day to a natural end. We also had the ice cream man pay a visit and then at the end of the day we had some strawberry and banana milkshakes made by our kitchen team which were delicious.”
